About AMP Electrical

A.M.P Electrical was established in 2000. The company was originally founded as a partnership in the early part of 2000 by the Directors, Matthew Anderson and Gary Marchant forming the Anderson – Marchant Partnership (A.M.P). Due to the growth, success and progression it became A.M.P Electrical Contractors & Engineers Ltd in 2002.

Matt and Gary previously worked for SEEBOARD Contracting Services Limited (now EDF Energy). Their careers developed from Electricians to Manager Status in a relatively short space of time. They both have a wealth of experience in the electrical industry. There is over 50 years of knowledge and experience within the Management Team.

A.M.P have been an NICEIC approved contractor since 2001. The company’s work ethic means that we ensure that all our work meets the standards set by this registered consumer body. As a result of our high standards we continually achieve and pass our Annual Inspections by the NICEIC with flying colours. As an approved contractor we instantly achieved the NICEIC Domestic Installer status in 2005. This ensures that all our domestic electrical works are fully compliant with the Part P requirements.

A.M.P carry out electrical installation work to an extremely high standard including commercial, industrial, domestic, general maintenance and emergency call-outs.
